Sandrock Joel is a beautiful Bay standing 15h who lives true to the Morgan tradition of versatility. As a working horse, he is used on the ranch for everything from gathering and sorting cows to roping calves at branding. He is a loyal companion and sure of foot which makes him more dependable than any all-terrain vehicle.

For fun Joel pulls a sleigh or cart. He has also been in several parades. He is a lifelong member of the "Kids and Horses Mutual Admiration Society".

Because of his busy work schedule, his show record is limited. In 1991 he was the Reserve Champion Working Stockhorse at the National Morgan Cutting and Stockhorse Association finals. He has also been shown successfully in reining and trail classes. He has sired over 50 foals with correct, athletic, sensible traits and his great disposition and endless willingness to please.
