We have owned Starbuck for several years now and have had several foal crops sired by him. He has a fantastic disposition. He is very gentle, loving and kind. There is no mistaking him for a Morgan. Also he is a very masculine stud and has a presence that draws people to him even if they don't know anything about horses. He is a gorgeous buckskin color with lots of dapples.

We love the qualities he passes on to his foals! Most of his foals get his fantastic laid back shoulder and nice length of neck. He also puts his huge hip on his foals, his great legs and feet and pretty head. He has a super thick mane and tail and some of his foals get this too. He tends to throw size and his foals are western, hunter and dressage types and of course carriage. Most of all though we love the disposition he puts on his foals. They are people loving horses that want to be around you. They will follow you around the ranch, go for walks with you and help you fence with their nose in the bucket or in the wheelbarrow.

We love Starbuck so much we have retained four of his daughters. Three are buckskins and one is a chestnut. The chestnut is proof that Starbuck's foals look good in all colors! Our bays and chestnuts sell just as well as our buckskins and palominos.

Starbuck stands to approved outside mares from March 1st - July 1st.
